Used wine filling machines for still wine in glass bottles, from gravity and light-vacuum fillers to volumetric systems. Suitable for wineries that need to upgrade an existing line or replace an older filler. We source isobaric fillers when required for sparkling wine and pre-mix solutions. Each used wine filling machine is offered with the available technical data so you can match speed, number of valves and bottle format to your production.
Learn more about used wine filling machines →Compact used wine filling monoblocks combine rinser, filler and corker in a single frame, ideal for small and medium wineries. They reduce footprint and synchronisation issues compared to separate machines. We list used monoblocks for still wine in standard 0.75 L bottles as well as configurations for larger formats, with electrical specifications, speed and closure type.
Learn more about used wine filling monoblocks →Used corking machines for natural and technical corks, with stainless steel jaws and vacuum systems for clean insertion. We source standalone corkers for wineries that want to extend the life of an existing filler, as well as integrated corkers as part of a complete used wine bottling line. Specifications include speed, cork diameter range and bottle neck compatibility.
Learn more about used corking machines →Used wine capping machines for screw caps (BVS / Stelvin style) and used capsule machines for tin, polylaminate and PVC capsules. Screw capping is increasingly used for both entry-level and premium wines. Our second-hand cappers are sourced from European wineries and offered with the available format change parts.
Learn more about used wine capping machines →Used wine labelling machines, mainly self-adhesive labellers for front, back and neck labels. We source rotary and linear used labellers for wineries that need a higher-speed solution than their current set-up. Listings indicate number of stations, maximum speed, bottle diameter range and brand.
Learn more about used wine labelling machines →Complete used wine bottling lines including depalletizer, rinser, filler, corker or capper, capsule applicator, labeller, carton packer and palletizer. Suitable for wineries replacing an entire line or beverage producers entering the wine segment with a turnkey second-hand solution.
Learn more about used complete wine bottling lines →Choosing the right used wine bottling line starts with your real production need, not with the machine itself. The first parameter is the required speed in bottles per hour. A small winery bottling 50,000 bottles a year does not need the same line as a producer running 1 million bottles. Sizing the line slightly above your peak season avoids bottlenecks but oversizing increases cost and floor space.
The second parameter is the bottle format. Most used wine bottling lines are configured for 0.75 L still-wine bottles in Bordeaux, Burgundy or Renana shapes, but format change parts, neck diameters and conveyor widths must match your range. If you bottle 0.375 L, 1.5 L or larger formats, this needs to be checked before any purchase.
Then comes the product itself: still wine or sparkling wine. Sparkling wine requires isobaric fillers, mushroom corkers and wirehooders, which are not interchangeable with a still-wine line. Decide the closure as well: natural cork, technical cork, screw cap or mushroom cork. Each closure implies a different group of machines on the used wine bottling line.
Labelling type also drives the choice. Self-adhesive labelling is the most common solution for wine and covers front, back and neck labels in one pass. Decide whether you need one or two label stations, and whether back-label and neck-label are required from day one.
Less visible but important factors are hot or cold filling (when relevant), available space in your cellar, and your electrical specifications (voltage, frequency, total absorbed power). A used wine bottling line built for 400 V / 50 Hz may need adaptation for other markets.
Finally, always plan an inspection before purchase and clarify who handles dismantling, transport and installation. A well-prepared project avoids surprises and protects the investment in second-hand wine bottling equipment.
We support wineries and beverage producers throughout the full lifecycle of a used wine bottling line project.
A used wine bottling line is a second-hand industrial system designed to bottle wine into glass bottles. It typically combines a rinser, filler, corker or capper, capsule applicator, labeller and packaging equipment, previously installed in a winery and now available for resale.
The price of a used wine bottling line depends on speed, configuration, age, brand and condition. Small monoblocks for wineries start at a fraction of the cost of new equipment, while complete automatic lines for higher bph are priced individually. We provide quotations after understanding your technical requirements.
Yes. We organise on-site inspections of the used wine bottling line, either by you directly or by an independent technician, so you can verify condition, components and operation before committing to the purchase.
A complete wine bottling line generally includes a bottle rinser, filler, corker or screw capper, capsule distributor and spinner, labelling machine, and downstream packaging equipment such as a carton packer and palletizer. The exact configuration depends on the winery.
Yes. We regularly source used wine filling monoblocks combining rinser, filler and corker in a single compact frame, suitable for small and medium wineries bottling still wine in glass bottles.
Yes. We coordinate dismantling, loading, transport and installation of used wine bottling lines from Europe to wineries and beverage producers worldwide.
